Mr. Fair has demonstrated success in overseeing many national/global business and technology initiatives, with experience in Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, Business Development, Project Management, and Program Management.

Mr. Fair is an expert at
Change Management, Business Analysis and Business Process Management.

Throughout his career Mr. Fair's client base has been extremely diverse, giving him a very broad and unique perspective on what it takes to succeed in complex business and government environments, and how to deliver comprehensive solutions that deliver real-world value.

Working with literally hundreds of National and Global Fortune 500 companies, Governments, and Small/Medium Businesses, Mr. Fair is adept at understanding the core of what truly makes business work.

Mr. Fair started his career at the Pentagon working with the cutting edge of Top Secret Cryptographic, Fiber Optic, Video Compression, and other emerging technologies. Mr. Fair was responsible for the Joint Chiefs of Staff, D.O.D, F.B.I., D.E.A., N.S.A., State Department, and The White House communications networks, including Air Force One communications, and the now declassified Washington to Moscow Hotlink (The "Red" Phone).

While at the Pentagon, Mr. Fair also worked on developing the precursors to the Internet (the ARPAnet and the Defense Data Network), and Mr. Fair actually came up with the idea for the world's first DNS Server while coordinating with Paul Mockapetris in 1983. The "Internet" had only one thousand end users at that time.

Specifically selected to receive specialized training: Special Forces Sniper Course (SFSC) and Special Forces Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (S.E.R.E.) course, Mr. Fair was then assigned to several overseas Top-Secret missions in many different countries, supporting the Joint Chiefs of Staff, N.A.T.O., C.I.A., Special Forces, and State Department in Forward Operating Base (F.O.B.) and covert mission operations.

Later stationed in Europe, Mr. Fair supported Department of Defense, U.S. Intelligence, and NATO communications facilities in many different countries, including Germany, England, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Spain (along with many additional Top-Secret missions in undisclosed territories).

Security Clearance held: Top Secret/SI/SCI - NATO, ATOMAL.


After the military Mr. Fair moved into the civilian sector working with major network hardware manufacturer and industry leader Timeplex, Inc. on major/critical projects worldwide.

Mr. Fair was considered one of the leading experts in emerging network technologies and played an integral role in securing a multi-million dollar contract with Sprint by single-handedly solving a very complex global network-wide problem that had been perplexing Sprint engineers for several years, Mr. Fair solved it in less than 30 minutes upon arriving on-site. Sprint then requested Mr. Fair as an on-site consultant and he went on to redesign the entire global SprintNet backbone network (the Internet backbone).

Mr. Fair also developed a comprehensive Project Management and Major Account Management training program and conducted on-site training and mentoring of other Project Managers, Major Account Managers, and Network Consultants.

Mr. Fair went on manage many more large-scale national and global projects for clients such as Bank of America, Great Western Bank, Blue Cross, Walt Disney, Universal Studios and The State Department, just to name a few.

Mr. Fair was then promoted to Regional Branch Operations Manager for the Timeplex Los Angeles region.

Then when Timeplex downsized Mr. Fair was recruited by Madge Networks, where he was hired specifically to manage the companies 3 largest critical (in jeopardy) accounts, Cigna, Aetna and GE Capital.

During his tenure with Madge Networks Mr. Fair also worked with New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and city administrators as Sr. Program Manager for the Times Square Revitalization Project. Mr. Fair helped facilitate the crown jewel of the project by helping to broker a deal with Walt Disney C.E.O. Michael Eisner to open a new Disney headquarters in the newly revitalized Times Square.

Mr. Fair also worked with then Governor George W. Bush on the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) as a Major Account Manager on several critical Energy Sector infrastructure projects.

As Sr. Project Manager for both B.M.W. and Mercedes Benz on their U.S. manufacturing plant openings, Mr. Fair is an expert at working with international businesses as they establish U.S. based operations.

Many international companies have benefited from Mr. Fair's international business expertise including Banco Do Brasil, Alcon, The Bank of Thailand, Airbus, Deutsche Bundespost and Tel Mexico.

For a time Mr. Fair also specialized in the finance and investment industry, working with companies like The New York Stock Exchange, Solomon Smith Barney, Morgan Stanley, etc.

When Madge Networks acquired Lannet Technologies in Tel Aviv Israel, Mr. Fair became the primary engineering liaison to redesign the Lannet backbone switch to meet U.S. technology standards.

Then again when Madge Networks downsized, Mr. Fair went to work for one of the worlds largest companies, Nortel Networks, selling, designing, and deploying multi-million dollar Core Internet Backbone solutions. Mr. Fair's expertise brought him center stage for the Dot-Com boom in Austin, Texas, and Mr. Fair was among the first consultants to predict the impending Dot-Com bust.

As an industry leading Network Security Expert, Mr. Fair consulted with DoD, F.B.I., C.I.A., NSA and The White House on Global Network Security trends.

Then in 2001, after enduring several employer downsizing's, Mr. Fair founded G Force Technology Consulting, Inc., specializing in comprehensive business and technology consulting services and Project/Program Management. Mr. Fair has helped countless C.E.O.'s, C.I.O.'s and Business Executives drive their businesses to new levels of success.

With G Force Technology Consulting, Mr. Fair works with business executives to achieve real value through change management, Technology Consulting, and business process consulting.

In appreciation for our nation's dedicated Military, Police and Firefighters, in 2004 Mr. Fair also founded Uniform Display, Inc. to develop, patent and distribute a new product called The Uniform Display Case.

Mr. Fair was then appointed as the Sr. Project/Program Manager for an extensive enterprise wide Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) SharePoint development project for The Department of Treasury. As part of this project Mr. Fair spearheaded complex “network trust” initiatives with multiple Treasury bureaus including the I.R.S., at the C.I.O. and Deputy Secretary level.

Mr. Fair also worked with civil engineering firm A1 Consulting Group and D.C. Department of Transportation (DDOT) on expanding and developing Civil Engineering initiatives such as the $5.6 Billion Metro Silver Line Extension and the $905 Million Southeast Capital Project in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Mr. Fair also has experience in the financial services industry, and while working on a Business Development contract with a regional financial services company Mr. Fair brought in the company's largest account ever, at $1.5 Billion.

More recently Mr. Fair has worked on managing multiple contracts with The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the U.S. Department of the Treasury/Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) where he manages the agencies Zero Trust and Cyber Security Programs per:

Mr. Fair attended PhD programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), and California Institute of Technology (CalTech), and completed Master of Business Administration (MBA) and the PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) program at St. Petersburg College in Florida.

Mr. Fair was recruited and inducted into MENSA (High I.Q. Society) at the age of 19 based on Army GCT and ASVAB Test Results, subsequent MENSA testing revealed Mr. Fair's unique ability to interpret, visualize, and manage extremely complex structures.
